Show the Whole Job, Start to Finish
Customers can’t picture what “full tear-off” or “three-day install” actually means — until they watch one happen. MCZ Productions films project walkthrough videos for Chicagoland businesses that document a real job from first day to final result. No stock footage. No promises. Just proof.
Project Walkthrough Videos That Show Customers Exactly What They’re Buying
A project walkthrough video — also called a job walkthrough, project showcase, or start-to-finish video — documents one real project from beginning to end: the starting condition, the work as it happens, and the finished result. It shows the process most customers have never seen — the prep, the crew, the cleanup — and turns “trust us, we do good work” into footage of you actually doing it.
Walkthrough videos remove the biggest source of hesitation in any big purchase: not knowing what happens after the deposit. When a prospect can watch a full project unfold — how your crew shows up, how the site is protected, how problems get handled, what “done” looks like — the unknowns that stall a sale disappear. They also set expectations, so customers know what day two looks like before day one. For Chicagoland businesses selling projects that cost thousands and disrupt someone’s home or property, a project walkthrough video is the closest thing to letting every prospect watch you work before they hire you.

Our Video Production Process
From the first creative call to the final delivered cut, every project follows a proven workflow that keeps the work on-brief, on-time, and on-budget.
Creative Discovery
We open with a creative call to understand the goal of the piece — who the audience is, what action you want them to take, and what story actually gets them there. Strategy first, cameras second.
Pre-Production Planning
Treatment, shot list, locations, talent, props, and schedule all locked before shoot day. You approve the creative direction and budget so there are no surprises on set.
On-Site Production
Our crew arrives with cinema cameras, professional lighting, lavalier and shotgun audio, and gimbals or sliders when the story needs movement. Most shoots wrap inside a single day on location.
Post-Production Editing
We cut, color grade, sound mix, and add motion graphics — all coordinated through MCZ, one point of contact from raw footage to final delivery. You receive a first draft within seven to fourteen days with two rounds of revisions included on every deliverable.
Final Delivery & Distribution
Finished assets are delivered through a private cloud folder in 4K plus social-ready aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). We also provide captions, thumbnails, and short cut-downs for paid ads and email campaigns.
