Answer Every Question Once. On Camera.
Your customers ask the same questions before every job — pricing, timelines, how it works, what to expect. MCZ Productions films FAQ videos for Chicagoland businesses that answer those questions before the phone rings. You explain it once. The video explains it forever.
FAQ Videos That Answer Buyer Questions Before They Become Objections
An FAQ video — or frequently asked questions video — is a video of you or your team answering questions customers ask before they buy: how much it costs, how long it takes, what happens if something goes wrong. Instead of burying answers in a wall of text, you answer them face-to-face on camera. One filming session typically produces a whole series of FAQ videos, one question per video.
FAQ videos work because the questions are already being asked — in your inbox, on your calls, and in Google searches. Putting the answers on your website in video form does three things at once: it builds trust by putting a face to the answer, it pre-handles the objections that stall sales conversations, and it targets the exact question-based searches your customers type in. For Chicagoland businesses fielding the same ten questions on every estimate call, a set of FAQ videos means your best answers work around the clock — and your calls start further down the funnel.

Our Video Production Process
From the first creative call to the final delivered cut, every project follows a proven workflow that keeps the work on-brief, on-time, and on-budget.
Creative Discovery
We open with a creative call to understand the goal of the piece — who the audience is, what action you want them to take, and what story actually gets them there. Strategy first, cameras second.
Pre-Production Planning
Treatment, shot list, locations, talent, props, and schedule all locked before shoot day. You approve the creative direction and budget so there are no surprises on set.
On-Site Production
Our crew arrives with cinema cameras, professional lighting, lavalier and shotgun audio, and gimbals or sliders when the story needs movement. Most shoots wrap inside a single day on location.
Post-Production Editing
We cut, color grade, sound mix, and add motion graphics — all coordinated through MCZ, one point of contact from raw footage to final delivery. You receive a first draft within seven to fourteen days with two rounds of revisions included on every deliverable.
Final Delivery & Distribution
Finished assets are delivered through a private cloud folder in 4K plus social-ready aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). We also provide captions, thumbnails, and short cut-downs for paid ads and email campaigns.
