What We Do

Two Ways We Work on Websites

Most people arrive needing one of these two things. Start where your website needs the most help.

Website Development

A new custom WordPress site, or a rebuild of the one you have. Built for search and for conversion, reviewed by you on a staging link before anything goes live.

Website Maintenance & SEO

Ongoing hosting, updates, security, and content changes, plus the steady SEO work that keeps the site climbing after launch. Handled month after month so you never manage plugins or licenses yourself.

Everything Your Website Needs, Under One Roof

Everything Your Website Needs to Earn the Call.

Your website has one job: convince the person who lands on it that you’re the right call. Everything on this side of our business serves that job — building new websites, redesigning ones that have fallen behind, getting sites found in search, and keeping them running month after month. Different services, same goal: a website that earns you the phone call.

A website isn’t one decision — it’s a series of them. What it should say, how it should be built, how people will find it, and who keeps it healthy once it’s live. Each service below handles one of those decisions, and each one stands on its own: start where your website needs the most help, whether that’s a new build, better rankings, or simply someone finally maintaining the thing.

How a Website Project Works

From first conversation to launch day, every site follows the same process. You review the finished site on a staging link before anything goes live, and on redesigns every old URL is redirected so the rankings you have earned carry over.

01

Discovery & Planning

We start with a conversation about your business: who your customers are, what the site needs to accomplish, and what’s working or failing on your current one. From there we map the site — every page, what it says, and the search terms it should rank for — before anything gets designed.

02

Keyword Research

Before design starts, we identify the searches your customers actually use — the services, the questions, the “near me” searches with buying intent — and map each one to a page. The site structure is built around how people search, so ranking is part of the plan, not an afterthought.

03

Design & Development

We develop a WordPress site: fast, secure, and clean, avoiding bloat that slows the site down. What launches is exactly what you approve.

04

Review & Launch

You review the finished site on a staging link before anything goes live. Once approved, we handle the launch — and on redesigns, every old URL is redirected so the rankings and traffic you’ve earned carry over to the new site.

Website Questions

The questions that come up on nearly every website call.

How long does the whole build take, and will my current site go down?

Most builds run 3–8 weeks depending on scope and how quickly we get your content and assets. Your site won’t go down — if we’re building fresh, your current site stays live and untouched until the new one is ready to launch. If we’re reworking your existing site (and you’ve given us the proper access and permissions), it stays online but goes into what we call maintenance mode during the build, so some things may be finicky while we’re in there. Either way, you’re never dark.

Do I own the website and video files?

We host and maintain your site as part of a monthly plan — that keeps it fast, secure, and handled, so you’re never managing hosting, plugins, or licenses yourself. The fee covers hosting plus whatever tools your site needs to run (premium plugins like Gravity Forms, for example, carry licensing costs we manage for you). And you’re not locked in: if you ever want to move on, we’ll send you the site files to transfer to another hosting provider. The video footage and content we produce are always yours to keep.

Will my site rank on Google?

We’ll be straight with you: SEO isn’t instant. A well-built, optimized site lays the foundation, and you’ll typically start seeing movement in a few months, with stronger results building over time. Anyone promising you page-one overnight is selling you something. What we control is doing it right — clean code, fast load times, and proper markup. From there, the best way to keep climbing is to keep the site active — publishing new pages and articles signals to Google that the site is maintained and worth ranking. We offer ongoing SEO services to handle that for you for an additional fee, though it’s not required as part of this offer.

Can the site connect to my existing software and tools?

Yes, we can integrate your site with most third-party software, CRMs, and tools, as long as the proper documentation is available for us to reference and we’re given the right credentials to access them. For platforms that don’t connect directly, we can configure Zapier to bridge the gap and automate the flow between your site and the tools you already use assuming that it is offered. Depending on the complexity of the setup, this may be factored into the price of the build.

How do I know what I actually need?

In our discovery call we run through your current site and marketing goals, then recommend a minimum viable package and optional upgrades (extra pages, videos, etc).
